Throughout the years of my career, I have held several different positions including Foreman, General Foreman, VDC Detailer, Cad Manager, Superintendent, Tri-State Superintendent. I have had the opportunity to manage field projects for about half of my career and VDC Detailing the other half of my career. I am always striving to train the next generation, which is a reason that I stay involved in instructing Revit and Auto-cad courses in my Local 88 JATC. I am fluent with Revit, AutoCAD, Navis Works, Bluebeam. "I began my career in Sheet Metal in 2002 as a Pre-Apprentice for Local #88 and shortly after was indentured and served my apprenticeship. I have worked in the shop doing layout and assembly, in the field installing systems, in estimating doing takeoffs and putting together bids, and in VDC modeling and coordinating systems. I am a self-taught programmer and have been writing solutions in multiple languages for various construction related problems since 2008. Many times when encountering wasteful processes, I have been able to write a coded solution to solve and optimize the process. Additionally, since 2008 I have been managing large CAD departments and setting up databases and standards for better project execution. I have served as an instructor at the local JATC teaching Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam and am committed to training the next generation to be successful in this field. I am dedicated to continuous improvement personally and in all of my business operations and am an advocate for the use of Lean principles in business. I am here to help my clients find “Win-Win” solutions to their problems so that we can succeed together. "

At C-Los Design Solutions I have a assumed several roles as a detailer, QAQC director, Project Manager, Sales and Estimator. I have been able to combine my knowledge of Sheet metal and Construction Field experience matched with an understanding of how 3D modeling works for every member of the team: architect, engineers, contractor, as well as the owner and integrate all systems models into a federated model to address constructability before releasing for fabrication. I started my career in 2013 as a plumbing apprentice with plumbers local 3. I worked in the field as well as in the fabrication shop during my apprenticeship. I was given the opportunity to be a foreman or move into CAD as soon as I turned out. I chose the CAD route since it was something I really enjoyed doing in Middle school. I have worked on a wide range of projects both in the field as well as in CAD. Such projects include hospitals, schools, lab facilities, multifamily homes and high-rise office buildings. I am well versed in both the Universal and International plumbing codes, using my knowledge to better optimize systems and reduce field costs. I have been a project lead on multiple projects and have been training field journeymen and foremen in the CAD department.
Our team prides itself on work done correctly, with attention to detail.
CDS ensures that we are always making our process better by using LEAN and Kaizen methods.
We ensure that working with us makes your life easier, by emphasizing customer satisfaction and being ready to adapt to all changes.
